Simple, digital, all-in-one, undated 12-month weekly planner that bundles my daily/weekly planner, fitness, and daily gratitude journals.
It is a very simple weekly calendar for anyone who likes to make a to-do list weekly or daily. This planner is designed so that you can decide how many of each page you would link to include.
This digital download can be printed or used digitally in apps such as GoodNotes. When uploaded to GoodNotes the tabs on the side of each page has links to the monthly calendar pages.
Workout pages are designed to track your planned weight for each exercise week to week OR track your weight for each rep. There is space to write out your a warm-up, abs, cool down, cardio and strength training exercises. You can plan all 7 day workout split or 4 full body workouts a week. It’s flexible to use how you need to meet your fitness goals while tracking progress.
Daily Gratitude pages have 5 easy daily questions to reflect on your day. Write about the good and let go of the bad. Are you in the mood to doodle or brain dump? There is a space for that, too! Do you want to journal whenever you feel like during the day? With this journal, you are not bound by any rules or schedules. It's designed to fit into your life, allowing you to journal at any time that works for you.
There is a guided end of the year review and future goal setting section at the end of this planner.

Workout pages - Originally designed to be used digitally 2 pages per month with space to plan your weights for each exercise for each week of the month with the nutrition section, being erased each week. You can use the two pages weekly and use the sections to track weekly weight increases as weights per rep if that is how you prefer. It is blank so that you can choose how you want to use these pages.
