What is a full-body workout?
These are workouts that work the entire body in one session. There are many approaches to full-body activities, but my favorite for beginners is 3-day workouts with a rest between each full-body workout. This allows your body to recover between each exercise.
This is especially beneficial for beginners. Not only does it help with recovery, but it also starts with a few days a week as a start to reduce the risk of burnout. A lot of the time, beginners start with a more intermediate approach. They will begin working with entire upper and lower body day splits with minimal rest days. This approach for beginners can work, but it’s not ideal for everyone.
Many beginners will be discouraged by the soreness they may experience with this approach and having minimal rest days. So starting with three full-body workouts a week, with rest days between each, allows people to recover and slowly incorporate working out into their habits.
Full-body workout routine examples
Full body workout Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Deadlifts
Squat thrusters
Kettlebell swings
Burpees
Renegade rows
Bear Crawls
Rest Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
Optional Cardio workout Saturday or Sunday.
You perform all of the above workouts every workout on the workout days. These can all be done with no-weight or low-weight dumbbells. These workouts are designed to work the whole body and provide a bit of cardio. Other options include creating a circuit or performing each exercise as supersets or tri-sets.

I find that quote so inspiring. Hard work will pay off in the future, but you also have to live in the moment, and I feel like taking care of yourself is doing both. You are doing good for yourself now as well as for your future self.
